Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents as well as Sri Vibhu Rai, who has appeared for the private respondents.
Learned counsels for the parties do not dispute that the controversy raised in this writ petition stands concluded against the respondents and in favour of the petitioners in terms of the decision rendered by a learned Judge in Service Single No. 5677 of 2016 [Mahanth Yadav (Inspector Civil P.No. 82232085) and 6 Others Vs. State of U.P. Thru Prin. Secy. Home Deptt. Govt. of U.P. Lko And Others] decided on 20 February 2019.
Accordingly and for the reasons assigned therein this writ petition is also allowed on similar terms. The petitioners shall be entitled to consequential reliefs accordingly.
