We have perused the prayer made in the writ petition. It appears therefrom that the petitioner seeks direction to the District Magistrate to conduct enquiry against the Gram Pradhan - respondent no.5. The petitioner has already made an application to the District Magistrate dated 08.01.2018 supported by affidavit (Annexure-7), making similar request. That being so, we are not inclined to pass any order as such on the petition and direct the District Magistrate to deal with the application of the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously.
Petition is accordingly disposed of.
