The petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing impugned order dated 31.07.2020 passed by respondent no.2/Inspector General of Police, Lucknow Zone, Lucknow and order dated 07.08.2020 passed by Superintendent of Police, Rae Bareli.
At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has made an innocuous prayer that petitioner may be given liberty to represent his case before competent authority for redressal of his grievance.
Learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel has submitted that he has no objection to the innocuous prayer made by petitioner's counsel.
I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
Without commenting upon the merits of the case, the petitioner is directed to move a fresh detailed representation alongwith a copy of this order before respondent no.3/Deputy Inspector General of Police (Karmik), D.G.P. Headquarter, U.P., Lucknow within seven days from today, who shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within one month from the date of receipt of the said representation.
The order so passed shall be communicated to the petitioner forthwith.
With the aforesaid directions, the instant petition is disposed of.
