At the outset Shri. Amrendra Nath Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that inadvertently some particulars which are relevant for adjudication of this case has been left out and seeks to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition with better particulars.
This writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
