JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ms.R.Vaishnavi, learned counsel attached to the office of Mr.C.Prakasam, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to pursue the remedy u/s.83 of the Wakf Act, 1995 and has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.
2 In the light of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty sought for by the petitioner, is granted. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
