JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned APP seeks time.
In view of what is recorded in the order dated 02.02.2012, recommendations made by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Godhra, Camp Central Jail, Sabarmati, Ahmedabad to the Secretary, Legal Department, Gandhinagar with regard to enhancement of fees in Legal Aid matters where the assistance was rendered by the Special / Assistant Public Prosecutors, deserves positive consideration by the respondent No.1. The respondent No.1 shall take appropriate decision on or before 25th June, 2012.
Post the matter on 25th June, 2012.
