Pursuant to the earlier order dated 10/1/2012, Mr. MG Dave, Deputy Secretary, Legal Department, Gandhinagar has personally remained present. It is submitted that necessary steps shall be undertaken pursuant to the communication dated 28/9/2010 made by the Ld. Addl. Sessions Judge, Godhra to the Secretary, Legal Department, Gandhinagar [Annexure - D] and further states that he shall communicate the final outcome of the steps, which shall be undertaken, to this Court within a reasonable time that may be fixed by this Court, keeping in view the relevant rules quoted by the Ld. Addl. Sessions Judge in the aforementioned communication.
Upon such statement being made, the Registry to list this matter on 02/02/2012.
