(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) Learned Advocate Mr.Rajesh K.Shah for the applicant states that Rule issued by this Court on 04.05.2012 returnable on 26.06.2012 is reported to have not received back. He requests that fresh process of Rule be issued with a longer date so that it may be served to the respondents, qua whom Rule is not received back.
Request is granted.
Registry is directed to issue fresh process of RULE qua unserved respondents only returnable on 21.08.2012.
