Learned advocate for the applicants submits that applicant No.1 is ready and willing to reside with his wife and, for no reason, she has deserted him. Applicant No.1 is an employee with the District Panchayat, Mehsana, of State of Gujarat, applicant No.2 is widow-mother aged about 65 years, while applicant Nos.3, 4, 5 and 6 are sisters and brothers-in-law residing at Ahmedabad and Mumbai.
In the above circumstances, issue notice returnable on 24.2.2012.

Direct service is permitted qua the private respondent.
