JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner claims to be the owner in possession of property situated in resurvey No.203/2 in Nilambur Village in Nilambur Taluk in Malappuram district. Petitioner pointing out discrepancy in resurvey approached the Tahsildar. This Court by Ext.P11 judgment directed the Tahsildar to finalise the proceedings after adverting to Ext.P9 report of Taluk Surveyor. Thereafter, Tahsildar passed an order Ext.P13 and found that no variation is required and determination of the property by resurvey is correct. Petitioner's ultimate challenge in this Writ Petition is regarding the determination of the boundary based on resurvey.
2. That be so, petitioner can approach the District Collector under Sec.13A by way of revision against original order including Ext.P13 order. Petitioner shall file a revision within a period of two weeks before the District Collector. Thereafter, the District Collector shall consider the revision within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of such revision W.P(C).No.30992 of 2014Y 2 after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
