Petitioner, who is the accused in L.P. Case No.92/2010 of the Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court, Ponnani, has come up with this Crl.M.C. under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeking a direction to the court below to recall the non- bailable warrant and to consider the bail application, if any filed, on the date of his surrender itself. Any such direction is not called for in a case like this. It is for the petitioner to surrender before the court below and seek bail, and in such a case, the court below will pass appropriate orders.
