JUDGMENT / ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation dated 17.02.2017 in respect of allegations levelled against the third respondent, by way of issuing a writ of mandamus.
2.Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader, has taken notice for the respondents 1 and 2. Considering the nature of the relief sought in the writ petition, notice need not be sent to the third respondent.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has contended to the effect that the third respondent has committed so many errors and also swindled public money and under the said circumstances a representation dated 17.02.2017 has been given, but the same has not been considered.
4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 has also equally contended to the effect that the third respondent has been suspended from service and departmental proceeding is pending against him.
5.Considering the fact that the petitioner has given a representation dated 17.02.2017 and his main grievance is that the same has not been considered, this Court is inclined to pass the following order.
6.In fine, this writ petition is allowed without costs and the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to look into the representation dated 17.02.2017 and dispose of the same within a period of fifteen days.
