Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A and perused the record.
The correction application is allowed.
Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to make necessary correction in the memo of bail application during course of the day.
In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the applicant, following correction is being incorporated in the order dated 22.5.2018 :-
"In the second line of fifth paragraph of the order dated 22.5.2018, in place of Section 412, it shall be read as "411."
Accordingly, the order dated 22.5.2018 stands corrected.
