Abdulla vs State Of Kerala

Aggrieved by the order passed by the District Collector under Section 13 of the Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wet Land Act, 2008, the petitioner filed revision before the first respondent by Ext.P2.

In view of the limited request made before this Court, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to dispose Ext.P2 after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Till a decision is taken in this matter, status quo shall be maintained.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
