Abdulla A vs State Of Kerala

High Court Of Kerala|03 December, 2014
|

JUDGMENT / ORDER

The limited relief sought for by the petitioner is a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider Ext.P6 representation submitted by him. Since the relief sought for is limited in nature, I am satisfied that this writ petition can be disposed of without issuing notice to respondents 2 and 3. The learned Government Pleader appears for the 1st respondent.
This writ petition is, therefore, disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider Ext.P6 representation submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of one month of the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
