By this application, the applicant seeks restoration of Civil Revision Application (Stamp) No.106 of 2011 which came to be dismissed for want of prosecution on account of non-removal of office objections by operation of order dated 12.7.2011.
Heard Mr. Vivek Mapara, learned advocate for the applicant.
Having regard to the averments made in the memorandum of application, the Court is of the view that sufficient cause has been made out for non-removal of office objections within the stipulated time limit.
In the circumstances, the application is allowed. Civil Revision Application (Stamp) No.106 of 2011 is hereby restored to file. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
