The sole prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the court below to decide application for temporary injunction, Paper No.6-C stated to be filed in Original Suit No.564 of 2019 instituted by the petitioner against the defendant-respondents for permanent prohibitory injunction.
It is stated in the petition that the application for temporary injunction filed on 18.3.2019 is still pending.
The instant petition is disposed of by directing the trial court to make endeavour to decide the application 6-C by fixing short dates, soon after the defendants are duly served.
