JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE PARESH UPADHYAY) Rule returnable on 10.5.2012.
Learned APP, Mr.Pandya, waives service of Rule on behalf of the State.
State to verify the genuineness of grounds and the antecedents of the applicant.
Learned APP, Mr.Pandya shall also report as to whether the applicant of Criminal Misc. Application No.6082 of 2012, who was permitted to go out of jail under police escort vide order dated 4.5.2012 and who was to surrender to the jail authorities on 8.5.2012, has surrendered or not.
