(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) The present application is filed by the convict seeking extension of the temporary bail granted by this Court by order dated. 6.6.2012.
Rule.
Mr. Pujari learned APP waives service of rule on behalf of the State.
Learned APP invited attention of the Court to the Jail remarks. Learned APP could not dislodge the contents of the certificate issued by the Sarpanch and also signed by the Talati-cum-Mantri of Gram Panchayat, Tundaj, Tal. Jambusar, Dist. Bharuch.
Taking into consideration the contents of the application, the same is allowed. The temporary bail granted to the convict is hereby extended for a further period of 30 days, on the same terms and conditions.
The convict shall surrender himself to the Jail authorities on expiry of the above temporary bail period. The application is allowed. Rule is made absolute.
