(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE D.H.WAGHELA) It appears that after grant of interim relief by order dated 28.12.2010, the petitions are never pressed for hearing and adjourned from time to time; in all it is listed for 66 times at the admission stage. Today learned counsel Ms.Contractor, appearing for the respondent, stated that learned counsel Mr.Bhatt, appearing for the petitioner, has filed Leave Note, which cannot be applied in the cases which are specially listed for hearing. However, hearing is adjourned to 02.05.2012 with the clarification that if the petitioners do not press for hearing on that day, interim relief will have to be vacated.
