Present application is filed by the convict through his wife Nazmaben A Rana seeking temporary bail for a period of 30 days for repaying the debt incurred by the applicant (wife of the convict) on the occasion of the marriage of the son of the sister of the convict.

Learned APP made available jail remarks for perusal wherein it is mentioned that in the month of April, 2011 he was released on temporary bail for a period of ten days on the occasion of marriage of his 'Bhani' (daughter of sister of convict) and thereafter in the month of July, 2011 he was again released on temporary bail for a period of 30 days for repaying the debt incurred on the occasion of the marriage of 'Bhani'. When it is inquired from the applicant, who is present in the Court, as to whether any marriage ceremony has earlier taken place or not, she is not able to reply. Later on, she stated that now she is able to remember that there was a marriage in the month of April, 2011.
3. Be that as it may, repayment of debts is not a ground for which the applicant is required to be released on temporary bail urgently. The application is found without any substance and the same is rejected.
