Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with a liberty to take appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum.
2. Mr.Mishra, learned counsel states that the petitioner is desirous of raising industrial dispute before the appropriate Court.
3. Hence, Permission, as sought for, is granted. The petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. It would be open for the petitioner to resort to the appropriate remedy against the order of dismissal.
4. However, it is made clear that this Court has not examined the matter on merits and this order shall not be treated as a bar.
