1. In answer to the order dated 1.11.2012 passed in Special Civil Application No.11458 of 2012, and submission dated 5.11.2012 through the Registrar (Judicial) is received, alongwith report dated 3rd November 2012 in sealed cover under confidential note dated 3rd November 2012 by the Registrar (Vigilance) and also explanation by the Registrar General, High Court of Gujarat, on circumstances leading to the application submitted by the concerned judicial officer seeking voluntary retirement from judicial services. Both the above explanations are ordered to be taken on record.
2. However, Shri Kirit Macwan, learned advocate for the newly joined party has filed sick note, the matter is adjourned to 7th November 2012.
3. The report of the Registrar (Vigilance) and explanation of the Registrar General alongwith the note submitted by the Registry are ordered to be kept in sealed cover again.
