ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“…to issue a Writ, Order or Direction; more particularly one in the nature of Writ of “Mandamus” declaring the proceedings of the 3rd respondent in No.CCLA’s Ref.No.SplUC4/1060/2010, dated 31.08.2013 as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently, direct the respondents to process and allow the request for regularisation made by the petitioner in respect of petitioner’s land admeasuring 2117.5 sq.yards (equivalent to 1770.23 sq.Metres) in Sy.No.67/P, Madhapur Village, Serilingampally Village, Ranga Reddy District.”
At the hearing, Sri Naresh Reddy Chinnolla, learned counsel, representing Sri S.Niranjan Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, sought permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.36380 of 2013 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
