After arguing for sometime, the counsel for the petitioners sought permission to withdraw this case with liberty to file appropriate fresh petition before appropriate forum challenging incorporation of certain offences in this case. Permission is granted and the case is dismissed as withdrawn with the above liberty. Registry is directed to return the original documents produced after accepting necessary acknowledgment. Sd/-
