The petitioner is a stage carriage operator. As per Ext.P1, he has been granted a regular permit. However, the grant is subject to settlement of timings. The petitioner complains that though the matter had been listed a number of times, the timings have not been settled so far. The learned Government Pleader on instructions submits that the timings would be settled within a period of one month from today.
In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to settle the timings of the petitioners, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of one month of the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
