The petitioner submitted Ext.P1 application for temporary permit. The petitioner approached this Court for non-consideration of Ext.P1 application for grant of temporary permit to operate on the route Areacode - Kozhikode. The petitioner further submits that he has been conducting service based on temporary permit which is having validity upto 08.05.2014. The petitioner also submit that the regular vehicle is not fit for conducting the service. If any person has not applied for the temporary permit to the route, for which, the petitioner has made Ext.P1 application, there shall be a direction to re-issue a temporary permit of four months duration within one week from the date of production of a copy of this judgment by passing appropriate orders on Ext.P1. If any application is received for this route, the application submitted by the petitioner shall be considered based on the preferential claim of others.
