Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents and perused the record.
Present petition has been filed with a prayer to direct the concerned respondent no. 2 to restrain the respondents no. 5 and 6 not to interfere in peaceful possession as well as open the path over gata no. 45 as own land of the petitioner situated in village Rohaniya Tappa Banskhore, Pargana Purab Basti Tehsil Rudhauli, District Basti.
After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.
Prayer so made is allowed.
Present petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
