The petitioner is aggrieved by the non issuance of granted variation in a regular permit. The petitioner contends that the same has been adjourned many a time from 2012 as is evidenced from Exts.P2 to P6. 2. Having heard both sides, it is directed that, if there is no other legal impediment, the petitioner shall be issued with a varied permit in the proposed timings, within a period of two weeks from today, subject, however, to finalization in a properly scheduled timing conference.

Writ petition disposed of.
