----------------------- The petitioner made a complaint before the Water Authority and Local authority regarding the construction of pumping station. The petitioner submits that the proposed construction is causing blockage and hampering the ingress and egress to the houses of the locality. The petitioner highlighted his grievance in Ext.P5 before the 3rd respondent.
2. Having regard to the factual situation, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider Ext.P5 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment after hearing the petitioner.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
