While deciding the representation of the petitioner by the Joint Director of Education, Chitrakoot Dham, Banda, the petitioner has been directed to appear before the District Inspector of Schools, Banda and file/produce requisite papers/evidence in support of his claim for his dues.
Heard Sri Ashok Khare, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel. This order is not in any manner prejudicial to the petitioner. The Joint Director of Education himself has granted liberty to the petitioner to appear before the District Inspector of Schools and produce documents/evidence in support of his claim. The District Inspector of Schools has been directed to take appropriate decision with respect to the dues of the petitioner after verifying the evidence produced by him.
Considering the aforesaid aspect of the matter, the petitioner is granted liberty to appear before the District Inspector of Schools on 4.09.2018 with all relevant documents in support of his claim for his dues. The District Inspector of Schools is hereby directed to take a final decision in the matter after hearing the petitioner within a period of one month henceforth.
