Limited relief sought for in this writ petition is a direction for an early disposal of Ext.P7 application submitted seeking temporary permit with respect to his vehicle No. KL 09 Q-9068 in the route Kattakuzhi– Alappuzha , in the place of Ext.P6 temporary permit which expired on 14-06-2014.
2. Exhibit P7 application is dated 12-06-2014. If the 1st respondent had received the said application, it is for him to consider and to take an appropriate decision with respect to grant of permit. Interest of justice will be achieved by directing an early disposal of Ext.P7.
3. Therefore this writ petition is disposed of by directing the 1st respondent to consider Ext.P7 and to take an appropriate decision with respect to grant of temporary permit applied for, at the earliest possible, at any rate W.P.(c) No.15981/2014 -2-
within a period of 2 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
4. Exhibits P1 and P2 applications shall also be placed in the next meeting of the RTA and appropriate decision shall be taken without any further delay.
