The petitioner has obtained a report through Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharanpur from the police station concerned in which it has been stated that petitioner was not wanted in Case Crime No. 0520 of 2018, under Section 380 I.P.C., Police Station- Kutubsher, District- Saharanpur.
Thus, the petitioner has no locustandi to challenge the F.I.R.
The writ petition is dismissed with liberty to seek remedy before the civil jurisdiction.
