JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ashok Bhushan, Ag. C.J. By this writ petition, the petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to respondents 1 and 11 to grant adequate and meaningful police protection for the peaceful work to be carried out in the petitioner's property for starting a plywood industry.
The writ petition was filed in April, 2012. There was an interim order passed on 2nd May, 2012. By efflux of time, the purpose of the writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
