1. Heard Sri Sunil Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner; Sri Azad Rai, learned counsel appearing for the Gaon Sabha and learned Standing Counsel for the State- respondents.
2. Solitary grievance of the petitioner appears to be that proceedings for demarcation instituted by him being Suit No. 00141 of 2018 (Computerize Case No. T201816670500141) (Abdul Rahim Vs. State), filed under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, before respondent no.2-Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil- Bhadohi, District-Bhadohi, has remained pending for very long. The application is itself claimed to have been filed in the year 2011. Objections and reports have all been received, yet, the proceedings have remained pending.
3. Without entering into the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2-Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil- Bhadohi, District-Bhadohi, to decide the aforesaid suit, as expeditiously as possible, strictly in accordance with law, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, provided that the petitioner does not seek any adjournment during that period.
