The prayer in this petition is to command the respondents 2 and 3 to remove the illegal encroachment of the fourth respondent.
From paragraph 4 of the petition it appears that the fourth respondent was married to the petitioner in the year 2014.
Under the circumstances, the prayer made in this petition is misconceived. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the occupation of the fourth respondent of a room in his house, he may take recourse to such other appropriate legal remedies, as may be advised. But the issue raised in this petition is not to be addressed in a writ jurisdiction, particularly, as a court of first instance.
Subject to above, the petition is dismissed.
