This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the court below to accept fresh bail bonds in the added section or to direct the courts below to consider the bail application of the applicant on the same day in the added sections 307, 377 IPC in case crime no. 144 of 2014, P.s. Mahila Thana, District Meerut.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned AGA appearing for the State.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, prayer made in the application cannot be granted. No such direction can be given. However, it is observed that if applicant surrenders before the Court below and applies for bail, it is expected that the Court concerned shall decide the same in accordance with law.
With the above observations, the application stands disposed of.
