JUDGMENT / ORDER

The complaint of the petitioners is that, applications submitted by them for the issue of permits have not been considered till date. As per Exhibits P1 and P2 judgments, other persons who had approached this Court were granted the relief of a direction to consider their applications within two months. According to the petitioners, since a meeting of the Regional Transport Authority has not been scheduled, their applications are likely to be delayed indefinitely. Therefore, they have sought for the issue of a direction to consider their applications by circulation. 2. The Government Pleader on instructions submits that the process of considering the applications of the petitioners by circulation is already in progress and would be completed shortly.
In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of W.P.(C) No.14699 of 2014-G -:2:-
recording the statement of the Government Pleader and directing that the process be completed expeditiously.
