1. Order dated 05.07.2019 reads as under :-
"1. It is strange that an application for listing was filed on behalf of the petitioners and when the petition has been listed, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to address argument.
2. We hereby vacate the interim order issued vide order dated 17.06.2013.
3. List on 14.08.2019."
2. Order dated 14.08.2019 reads as under :-
"1. Learned counsel for the petitioners has not appeared.
2. List on 17.08.2019, high up on the list.
3. It is made clear that in case counsel for the petitioners does not appear on the next date of listing, the case is likely to be decided/dismissed for want of prosecution."
3. Ms. Veena Kishore, Advocate has appeared, however states that let the case be adjourned.
4. We find that learned counsel for the petitioners has not been appearing. The petitioners do not appear to be serious in prosecuting the case even though interim order was vacated vide order dated 05.07.2019.
5. The petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
