Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri J.S. Bundela, the learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents as well as Sri Avneesh Tripathi, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 4.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the third respondent states that subject to verification of all facts and contentions on merits being left open, the prayer for grant of full pensionary benefits shall be duly attended to and disposed of by the said respondent in accordance with law and preferably within a period of two months from the date of making of a detailed representation by the petitioner in respect of all his claims. Sri Tripathi, learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent states that the University shall accord full cooperation to the exercise which would be undertaken by the respondent No. 3.
Accordingly and without going into the merits or otherwise of the claim of the petitioner, this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement, which is noted and recorded above.
