Heard learned counsels for the parties.
By means of this application U/s 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant has prayed for disposal of case no. 6454 of 2016, arising out of case crime no. 75 of 2011, under sections 419,420, 467 and 468 IPC, P.S. Khorabar, District Gorakhpur, pending in the court of ACJM, 1st, Gorakhpur within ststipulated period.
Learned Additional Government Advocate does not have any objection in case direction issued for disposal of matter pending before the ACJM, 1st, Gorakhpur In view of the above, the ACJM, 1st, Gorakhpur is hereby directed to dispose of aforesaid case within a period of eight months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after affording full opportunity of hearing to the parties and looking to roaster and priority on the basis of expedited proceedings under the orders of this Court issued from time to time.
With the aforesaid directions, the present 482 Cr.P.C. application is hereby disposed of.
