Today when the matter is taken up, it is informed by learned counsel for the petitioner that the reliefs as sought in the present writ petition has been granted, therefore, the present petition becomes infrctuous.
In view of the above, this court is of the opinion that since the reliefs as prayed in the present petition has been granted, no further order is required in the matter.
Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as having become infrctuous.
