Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner having regard to the stand taken in the counter affidavit requests the Court to permit him to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to work out the remedy, if any, available before the civil Court.
Having regard to the limited nature of prayer in the writ petition and the stand taken by the respondents, I consider it appropriate to dismiss the writ petition as withdrawn by giving opportunity to work out the remedy, if any, available in law. No order as to costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
