The petitioner has submitted an application for the issue of a building permit, which is Ext.P2. The petitioner complains that, no orders have been passed thereon till date. Senior Counsel Sri.M.Nandakumara Menon appears for the respondents. The counsel assures that the petitioner's application would be considered in accordance with law.
This writ petition is therefore disposed of, directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's application, Ext.P2, in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible, and at any rate within a period of one month of the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
