Respondent/Complainant Petition under Sections 437 and 439 of Cr. P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to enlarge the petitioners on bail in Crime No. 27 of 2014 of PS N.T.P.C. Karimnagar District.
The Petition coming on for hearing upon perusing the petition and grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri M.Ram Mohan Reddy, Advocate for the Petitioners and of the Public Prosecutor for the Respondent, the Court made the following ORDER:
“ The petitioners are A6 to A8. They seek for grant of bail. They allegedly committed matrimonial offences.
The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have nothing to do with the alleged offences. The petitioners are brothers of A1, who is said to be the prime accused. It is the case of the petitioners that the petitioners are implicated, as they happened to be the brothers of A1. In view of the nature of the offences alleged and in view of the fact that the petitioners have been in jail since 17.3.2014, I consider it appropriate to enlarge the petitioners on bail.
Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is allowed. The petitioners are enlarged on bail on a personal bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties each in a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Godavarikhani, Karimnagar District.”
