JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court for issuance of heirship certificate in respect of his grand mother Kittanoda Kadeeshomma. The application has been submitted on 25.2.2014. The petitioner has approached this Court on account of delay involved in considering the application. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case there shall be a direction to the respondent to issue heirship certificate to the petitioner within a period of four months.
Writ petition is disposed of as above.
