JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner is aggrieved with the proceedings taken against his immovable property for satisfaction of a loan availed of by his son for business purpose. 2. Considering the confined prayer made for instalments, there shall be a direction to the respondent Bank to give a statement of the arrears, including the charges as on 30.06.2014, within a period of two weeks from today. Petitioner shall deposit 1/3rd of the amount so demanded within one month and the balance arrears shall be paid in ten equal monthly instalments commencing from 20.8.2014. Regular EMI shall also be paid on the due dates. Residential property shall be handed over to the petitioner, only after payment of the entire arrears of the loan account. Two consecutive defaults shall result in revival of the coercive proceedings WP(C).14896/14 2 from the stage at which it has been kept in abeyance by this Court.
Writ petition disposed of.
