ORDER:
“The petitioner is A1. He seeks for grant of bail. He allegedly committed matrimonial offences. He has been in jail since 17.03.2014. The remand report discloses that the prosecution has examined 21 witnesses including official witnesses. In view of the stage of investigation and the nature of the offences alleged against the petitioner, I consider it appropriate to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
Hence, this Petition is allowed. The petitioner is enlarged on bail on a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties in a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Godavarikhani, Karimnagar District.”
