The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that even though he has addressed the petitioner, there is no response. The matter relates to the alleged non-disbursement of DCRG due to the petitioner. As the learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to say whether any surviving cause of action is there, the writ petition is closed reserving the right of the petitioner to approach this Court, if he has any subsisting grievance.
