Petitioner has constructed a shed in the industrial plot at Kanjikode, Palakkad. Petitioner has submitted an application for allotment. Petitioner submits that it was granted by Ext.P3 but an agreement to that effect has not been executed.
2. Learned Additional Advocate general submits that the petitioner has constructed shed without any allotment. It is further submits that the petitioner’s highhandedness in this matter cannot be permitted or countenanced.
3. Admittedly, petitioner’s application for finalisation of allotment is pending. Therefore, the third respondent shall take a decision on the application based on Ext.P3 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. It is made clear that any occupation of shed by the petitioner will be subject to the decision to be taken by the third respondent for an allotment of any particular piece of land.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
